What These Terms Cover

These terms apply to anyone who reads this website, run by HVAC Airway Heights in Airway Heights, Washington. The site is informational. It explains the heating and cooling work we do and how to reach us. By using it, you agree to the terms on this page. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

General Information, Not a Diagnosis

Our pages describe common problems such as a clogged filter starving a furnace of airflow, a failed capacitor keeping an outdoor condenser from starting, or a heat pump icing up in cold weather. These are general explanations. Every system is different in age, model, refrigerant type and installation, so the site cannot tell you what is wrong with the equipment in your home.

Please do not open electrical panels, handle refrigerant or work on gas lines based on what you read here. A technician needs to see the system in person before anyone can say what it needs.

Quotes and Service Happen by Phone

The phone is the only way to reach us. We do not post prices on this site, and nothing here is an offer to do work at a set cost. When you call, we talk through the problem and arrange a visit. You get a written quote before any work begins, and that quote, not this website, sets the scope and terms of the job.

Using the Site Fairly

You may read, print or share pages for your own use. Please do not copy our text or images to sell or republish, try to break into the site, overload it, or use it for anything unlawful. The words and layout belong to HVAC Airway Heights unless noted otherwise.

Accuracy and Changes

We try to keep service descriptions current, but details can fall out of date as equipment, codes and utility programs change. We may edit, add or remove content, or update these terms, at any time. The version posted here is the one that applies when you visit.
